Why a Cover Letter Still Matters in 2025 ?

• Shows effort and interest in the specific job
• Explain your fit for the role beyond the resume
• Builds a personal connection with the recruiter

Hiring managers sometimes read the resume cover letter before opening the applied resume!

What to Include in a Great Cover Letter

•    Who you are and what role you are going to apply for
•    Why you are a good fit (skills, achievements)
•    What you like about the company
•    Your call to action (interview request)

Keep it short — 150 to 200 words max. One page only.

Simple Structure (3 Paragraph Format)

1. Intro Paragraph:
“Dear Hiring Manager, I am applying for the position Digital Marketing Executive at ABC Pvt Ltd. I believe my strong content and SEO skills can support your brand’s online growth.”

2. Body Paragraph:
“In my last internship, I increased blog traffic by 40% using keyword strategies. I’m confident this experience and my certification in Google Ads make me a strong fit for this role.”

3. Closing Paragraph:
“Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the possibility of discussing how I can bring value to your marketing team.”
